二、工作原理
曝气预处理（可选）：含铁锰的原水（多为地下水）先经曝气装置，使水中溶解氧含量提升，为氧化反应创造条件；
催化氧化反应：水流经锰砂滤层时，滤料表面的 MnO₂作为催化剂，将水中溶解态的二价铁（Fe²⁺）氧化为不溶的三价铁（Fe (OH)₃絮状沉淀），二价锰（Mn²⁺）氧化为不溶的四价锰（MnO₂颗粒）；
吸附与截留：锰砂的多孔结构对氧化生成的铁锰沉淀物进行物理吸附和拦截，同时滤层的机械筛分作用进一步去除水中悬浮物、胶体等杂质；
反冲洗再生：当滤层截污饱和、进出水压差升高时，通过反冲洗（气洗 + 水洗）将滤层内的杂质冲出，恢复滤料的吸附与催化活性，实现循环使用。
